Michael Chia, Chairman (Born 1952)
Mr. Chia is Director of Group Strategy and Development at Keppel Corporation, Managing Director (Offshore) for Keppel Offshore and Marine Ltd. and Deputy Chairman of Keppel Integrated Engineering Ltd. Mr. Chia has since 1980 held positions in Keppel FELS within Yard Management, Corporate Planning, Marketing and General Management. He served as Executive Director of Keppel FELS from 2002 to 2009 and as CEO of Keppel Integrated Engineering from 2009 to 2010. Mr. Chia holds a BSc (1st Class Hons) in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne and an MBA and a Graduate Certificate in International Arbitration from National University of Singapore.

Jonathan B. Fairbanks, Deputy Chairman (Born 1966)
Mr. Fairbanks is Managing Partner of Global Energy Capital. He is a Director of Vortex Ventures and ODS-Petrodata. He was previously President of Bassøe Offshore (USA) Inc, as well as Director of Forum Oilfield Technologies, Chiles Offshore, Hercules Offshore, Scorpion Offshore and Seajacks International. Mr. Fairbanks holds a Bachelor degree from Denison University. He is a US citizen and resides in Houston, USA.

Ching Chuan Lai, Director (Born 1952)
Mr. Lai is General Manager of Corporate Development/Planning at Keppel Corporation Ltd. Mr. Lai has since 1977 held managing positions with Keppel Shipyard Ltd, Gul Engineering (Pte) Ltd, Far East Levingston Shipbuilding Ltd, Keppel Integrated Engineering Ltd and Keppel Offshore & Marine Ltd. Mr. Lai holds a Certified Diploma in Accounting & Finance from the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. Mr. Lai earned his Bachelor of Applied Science (1st Class Hons) in Naval Architecture & Shipbuilding from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and he earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the National University of Singapore.

Edmund Mah, Director (Born 1969)
Mr Mah is General Manager (Finance) of Keppel Offshore & Marine Ltd. since January 2011. Mr. Mah joined Keppel FELS Ltd as a CFO in 2001 and transferred to Keppel Amfels Inc. in 2002 as a CFO, Vice President and Assistant Company Secretary. In 2006 Mr. Mah assumed the position of Financial Controller with Keppel Shipyard Ltd. Mr. Mah is a Director in Keppel FELS Ltd. and other subsidiaries/associates of Keppel Offshore & Marine Ltd. Mr. Mah earned his Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide in 1991. He completed the professional CPA programme of CPA Australia in 1994. Mr Mah earned his MBA from University of Strathclyde in 2000.

Amy Rice, Director (Born 1979)
Ms. Rice is a Vice President within Oaktree’s Global Principal Strategy. Since joining Oaktree in 2009, she has been integral in leading the Group’s efforts in the healthcare and shipping sectors. Ms. Rice holds an AB degree in Biology magna cum laude with highest honors from Harvard College and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is a US Citizen and resides in Los Angeles, USA.

B James Ford, Director (Born 1965)
Mr. Ford is a Managing Director of Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. and Co-Portfolio Manager of Oaktree’s Global Principal Strategy. Before joining Oaktree in 1996, Mr. Ford was a consultant with McKinsey & Co. and a financial analyst in the Investment Banking Department of PaineWebber Inc. Mr. Ford holds a BA in Economics from the University of California and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Adam Pierce, Director (Born 1978)
Mr. Pierce is a Senior Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. Prior to joining Oaktree in 2003, Mr. Pierce served as a Financial Analyst in the Investment Bank at JP Morgan Chase & Co., gaining experience on a range of advisory and financing assignments. Prior thereto, he worked for Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Pierce holds a BA degree in Economics with a focus on Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.
